Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Aesthetic Dog is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, please contact us at info@aestheticdog.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aesthetic Dog is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@aestheticdog.com — we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
